This private and comfortable one-bedroom suite has a desk, flatscreen, chair, large closet, bathroom, and kitchenette. The kitchenette provides a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a glass-enclosed shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. This suite is located in an upscale neighborhood with close access to restaurants of all kinds of cuisines, many shopping opportunities, easy access to major roadways in NJ, and walkable to the train to New York City. There are three steps up to the door which has a keypad lock to allow easy access at your convenience. This beautifully decorated area allows you to relax and watch your favorite streamed shows or log in and work from home on your laptop. Guest access includes the full private suite, i.e. entry door to unity, hallway, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchenette. Parking is provided in the driveway in one of the two spaces that do NOT face our garage.

Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey is a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood offering shopping opportunities for every taste, as well as a large collection of restaurants, cafes, and diners. Two bagel shops are in proximity. New York City bus and train stations are within walking distance. Easy access to 287, 95, 17, and 80 by car. Great area for biking, jogging and walking. Easy access to the walking path to Ridgewood Duck Pond. Ten-minute drive to Garden State Plaza, the second-largest mall in New Jersey.
